Why Recycled Vegan Materials?

We used to use Leather as it is extremely durable, while also at the same time, biodegradable. But, as time went on, we decided that we wanted to use an non-leather material that was sustainable, recycled, water-proof and had zero animal cruelty.

Can I get it wet?

This bracelet is strong, durable, and essentially water proof… like you. Still, we recommend that you do not get it wet often as the metal snaps may rust/change color ( unless you like that kind of thing)  and the material may become water damaged and begin to peel from repeated or prolonged water contact.

A snap broke on my bracelet, what do I do?

These things happen from time to time. Simply email support@mantramate.com, send a picture of your bracelet and we will ship you a new one no questions asked.

Does the MantraMate bracelet fit kids?

We recommend not purchasing the bracelet for anyone under the age of 12 without first making sure it fits. Although we do allow returns, as defined under our Return Policy, the return would be subject to fees being subtracted from the original purchase amount. Do you offer wholesale pricing for groups or retail?

What are the bracelet measurements?

The length of the MantraMate bracelet is 41cm; width is 1.27-1.3cm.

Return Policy

Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable as well as any charges for personalized MantraSnaps. We understand that for some, the ‘one size fits most’ bracelet may be too big or too small. To qualify for a return, your MantraMate must arrive to our main shipping address within 30 days of the date you received it. Please allow 10 days of transit time back to our warehouse facility. In order to process your return, your MantraMate must have all pieces and packaging returned. MantraMates returned damaged or with wear will not be processed. If your MantraMate is not eligible for a refund, we will not be able to ship back your merchandise.

How To Return

Please send an email to Support@MantraMate.com to begin your return process. Our Customer Service team will respond to you email as soon as possible.

Refunds & Processing Time

If your return package arrives at MantraMate within the 30 day timeline and condition specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from MantraMate.

Exchange Policy

We do not allow exchanges. The MantraMate bracelet is ‘one size fits most’ and is personalized with your mantras. If your bracelet is either too big or small, we can only process a refund. The refunds are subject to the above previously mentioned refund policy.

Damaged MantraMate

If your MantraMate happens to arrive defective or break in some way within 90 days of the date you recieved it, we will happily replace your MantraMate. Please email Support@MantraMate.com to connect with our customer service team to facilitate this request.

We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We currently do not accept payment by check or money order. For credit card protection purposes, we do not accept phone orders.

We may be required to collect sales tax for deliveries in the following states: NY, MA and CA.


Orders are shipped out of our warehouse in Colorado. The best way to get a hold of us is through email at Support@MantraMate.com.

Once your order is placed online, we are unable to alter your order.

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of placing your order. Orders are shipped pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 9AM US EST (US Eastern Time) will ship on the following Monday. All domestic U.S. shipping destinations usually take 3 – 10 business days to be delivered. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.

If a MantraMate color is not available or on back order, you will be notified and the item will be shipped as soon as possible.

If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination.

How much does shipping cost?

For U.S. orders with a bracelet purchase Shipping is FREE.

For U.S. orders for just MantraSnaps ranging from $3.00-16.99 Shipping is $2.00.

For U.S. orders for just MantraSnaps ranging above $17.00 Shipping is FREE.

Standard First Class USPS shipping is 3-10 business days.

International Shipments

All International shipments will be handled by USPS and ship at a flat rate of $10.00USD. All international packages take 2-3 weeks to be delivered. At this time, International packages do not have tracking capabilities.

Duty, VAT And Other Fees

Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that our e-commerce partner, PayPal, supports. Check your local customs authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs and other fees. MantraMate LLC holds no responsibility for any such charges, duties or value added taxes that may be imposed by any relevant tax authority and any such duties or value added taxes may be charged to and payable by customers in addition to the price stated for the goods on this site.

Risk Of Loss

All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, MantraMate LLC. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when MantraMate LLC delivers these items to the carrier.
